You can permanently delete your Lolipop account and all associated data at any time — either directly in the app (instant), or by emailing us (usually within a few business days).
Your account is deleted immediately — this cannot be undone.
Can't access the app? Email lolipopsupportteam@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm your identity and delete your account within a few business days.
