This Privacy Policy explains what information Lolipop collects, how it's used, and the choices you have about it.
We use your information to operate core features: matching and discovery, messaging, showing your profile to other members, keeping the community safe (including reviewing blocks/reports), and improving the app.
Location access is optional. If you grant it, we use it only to estimate your distance from other members. You can turn it off at any time from Account settings, and features that depend on it will simply be hidden.
Photos you upload are stored so they can be shown on your profile to other members, subject to your privacy settings. If you use Face Verification, a temporary selfie is compared against a secure face-matching service to confirm you're a real person and aren't already registered under another account — that selfie is deleted immediately after the check completes and is never shown to anyone.
Your public profile information (name, age, bio, public photos) is visible to other members as part of normal app use. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you block or report someone, we record that action to help keep the community safe, including detecting accounts that receive many reports so they can be banned.
You can edit or delete your profile information, control your privacy setting, disable location access, and permanently delete your account at any time. See our Account Deletion page for details.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Deleting your account permanently removes your data as described on our Account Deletion page.
Lolipop is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and accounts believed to belong to a minor are removed.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
